Line 50 to Actinic Stock Not Updating

This is still all new to me and i am slowly getting my head around sage, but when i run the link in sage to actinic to keep my stocks up to date it has no effect.

Can someone tell me if i am doing some thing wrong.
I book my new stock in sage, then i run the actinic link from the sage additions tab, it tells me it updated the customers and prducts. Then when i check actinic which has stock control enabled the stock figures have not changed. I have made sure that actinic link has stock transfer enabled

Is this not the way to run? any pointers would be much appreciated.

Hi Darren

Please attach a screenshot of the "Products/Sections" tab of your Sage-Actinic profile. Please do this so I can see what setup you have, because I seem to have got this working by just using the settings that come along in the help files. Also can you let me know what version of Sage you are using.

I think going through this at the weekend i found the problem, i thought the stock got updated automatically, i had not realised i have to then run the imort option, sorry for being dense but processing in my book means doing the job, not doing half of it.

I will let you know how i get on
