Dear all,
Apologies if this is the wrong forum.
A customer of ours recently phoned me to say that he didn't want to order online because our site didn't show any logos of security certification (or something!).
I think I know what he means, the sort of logo that says "This site is certified to be really really secure with your credit card details blah blah blah - Certified by Posh-Sounding-Financial-Organisation", gold padlocks and ticks abound.
I know our checkout is secure (because I trust Actinic!!), our checkout is hosted on Actinic's secure space (https). So has the checkout procedure or the secure space itself been "verified" by another body and/or is there a pretty logo that I can use on our main pages to publicise that it's dead secure??
Cheers,
Jez
