Hi, just been doing some payment testing and I'm getting an error when pressing the 'Done' button on the order receipt page.

The screen becomes blanks and the following error is reported

A couple of things spring to mind.....


check the destinination you have set for where to send the customer after they hit "done". I think this is design options, URL for completed/aborted checkout

if you have you customised orderscript.pl, this might account for the error. Thus you will need to debug any changes you have made.

If you haven't customised orderscript.pl, go get orderscript pl from the folder called original, copy it into site1 and upload.

Hi Jo,

Thanks for the help.

I've taken out the home page URL in design /design options and it works fine.

The only thing is I cant see anything wrong with my home page url which was entered in there.

URL should be in the format
