How do I change a header bar color on the Executive Template. What is the best way to make template changes? Thanks

Select the problem area within the design tab and note the style being applied to it. Design - Themes - Advanced Themes may also help you.

If you do not have dreamweaver, then the design tab is the best place for you to make template changes.
