I just managed to do this with mine.
I clicked on "View output" and was asked which program I wanted to open with.

It defaulted to notepad but I just changed it to Excel.

Or am I being thick again and not understanding the Q
    (It happens )

The Froogle feed output is CSV, perhaps you could use that one instead?

        Jan,

Thanks for the resonse, but I am not sure I understand what i need to do.

In the article it says to create a property with the name you want to include the extra information for. Where and how do I do this. Is it in Actinic or Google. In either case I cannot see wher this is

Also how do I define the manufacturer as the section title

        Thanks again

One more thing, if I may. When I set up the Googlebas account I used my own name which seemed sensible at the time. Unfortunately this then became the name of the online store ! I have tried editing the account deatils but it hasn't updated the store name on the site. Do you know how I can do thhis as well please.

        Thanks again

You create this within Actinic, Googlebase is already expecting it. This Mole End knowledgebase article explains how to create a user defined property in Actinic :

First of all you have to set the title of the section that the product is in to the text required for the manufacturer and then follow the instructions in this knowledgebase article to see how to use it in our product feeds.

This is a Googlebase issue, you need to contact Google about this, they have email support available and are slow but will respond.

If you have any more issues with our product, you will get a faster response by raising a support issue at our support desk on www.mole-end.biz.
