Bold text in Terms and Conditions

Im not sure if im doing this correctly but im trying to bold New titles within the content of Business Settings > Terms & Condtions

But encapsulating the following does not seem to work

<strong>Bold Text</strong>
>!!

I understand I cant modify certain titles within the
Design>Text>web site> misc

But I have found 2 of these titles missing to modify from the list (i.e Shipping & constructive)

Since I require more titles headings - a task i thought would be as simple as turns out to give me headache! lol pass me the red wine....

You can do this !!<b>Bold Text </b>>!! for example in the Terms section (I just tried it).

You can add your own sections etc. by modifying the Terms page in Design view.

I have found it better to select Terms & Conditions page in the design tab and convert the headings to <h2> personally.
