Batch purchase in variety of products by returned customers. Anyone?

Does anyone come across batch purchase in variety of products by returned customers?

Say for example, a customer has a list of products s/he know the reference number, short description and the require quantity.

Basically s/he has a ‘shopping list’ and wanted to submit it to the actinic shopping cart directly.

Are there any way for such customer to submit the list to actinic on ‘one-click’ rather than browsing through the website and picking out those products from the list one-by-one?

Anyone comes across this unique feature before?

Customers can save their cart by going to the basket and clicking on the save cart button, they can then restore the cart later and then adjust the contents.

I think that Norman may have a plugin that allows ordering by reference but only for 1 item at a time.
