    Shop Button...how?!

    Hi,

I accidentally deleted the shop button from the top navigation bar of my site, so tried to add my own in again.

I managed to get the button in there, but am not sure how to link it to my products page. At the moment, it just goes to a blank page. I have tried linking to the products page, but still seem to get a blank page. Could anyone please tell me how to link to the main products page?

I also have two shop buttons in there, and whenever i try to delete just the one, the whole section seems to go.

At the moment, the only way to get to the shop is to click on the new products at the bottom of the homepage, and after that has happened, all the sections are there in the right place.

Also, is there a way to change the 'send mail' button to show 'contact us'?

The site that im having these problems with is:

    www.left-handed-children.com

    Many thanks

I would go back to the horizontal navbar and revert the layout to factory default, that will undo all your mistakes.

You will find the text for the Navigation "sendmail" on site optons, links tab

Thanks, i did that and it fixed itself, but then whenever i go back to the old template, it seems to be the same.

No biggie, i have just used a new template that looks just as good.

Though i have another quick question, there is a terms and conditions section, but i cant find it anywhere in the content tree to add my own details.

Also, in the 'more pages' section, how do i add the pages? Do i make a new fragment and then the pages from there?

I thought it would be better to ask these in this thread rather than make a new one.

      Many thanks

Then it's only likely to be read by those interested in your original thread title Shop Button...how?!

Anyway, Terms and Conditions are set via Settings / Business Settings.

Your More Pages query wouold be best served by reading the introductory guide.

Ok i see, thanks for your help.

Would never have thought to have looked in there to set the terms and conditions.
