We would like to be able to specify a set number of products per page and have the software generate multiple pages as necessary with links 1,2,3 etc on each page. Can we do this in Actinic?

You can't automatically generate pages with x number of products per page. You need to add them manually as sections with the products listed inside it.
There is also something in the AUG about a 'next' and 'previous' page option.
There may also be more if you do a search. I know I've seen plenty of stuff on this topic. -
The way to do this in Actinic is create a series of sub-section pages with 'x' number of products in each and have a 'next' link at the bottom. You will find a guide in the AUG about creating 'next' and 'previous' linksComment

Thanks for the information, I'll look in the AUG for more on this. I have to say though that I'm very surprised that Actinic doesn't do this automatically. The software is a great asset, allowing us to build websites at lower cost and then training the client to add their own content, but I see this as a major drawback. I think we need to talk to Actinic about adding this to the 'to do' list.
