I posted this to another thread yesterday,

Checkout Page 3 is the Actinic Java Applet. This page is generally not available for editing unless you are using the specific method to collect payments.

Go into 'Business Settings | Payment and Security | Select a default payment method | Click on 'Configure Method''

Now select 'Actinic Inbuilt Encryption (Java Applet)' click on apply then Ok and exit. You now go to the Design tab and select 'Checkout Page 3' and you should see that the page loads correctly.

    Kind regards,

Runtime error R6025 - pure virtual function call

Runtime error R6025 - pure virtual function call in Actinic.exe

I am getting a Runtime Error repeating n quick succession and crashing Actinic when selecting Brochure Home page Fragment.
Selecting the actual Brochure \home page just causes Actinic to crash with no warning or errors.

This has just started happening on this site - But after reading this thread I went to out Checkout Page 3 and got the same error..

My Java is Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment 6 Update 2 (got from Control Panel | Add Remove Programs)

If I close the preview window before selecting the section the system does not crash.

I can select other Brochure pages and Fragments without problem

I use Fireworks as my default Browser but do not think that is the cause.

      Any ideas most welcome....

      Regards

This happened to me some time ago. Try uninstalling the update and reverting back to Java Runtime 5.0 Update 10.

I actually have a java update flashing at me in my taskbar at the minute but, when I installed the last one, I had similar problems so I'm ignoring it.

They do seem to be problematic at the minute

            ain't that the truth....

upgrade, run a stable program, spot anby denegration of performance, if present, revert.

although the last java update did damage me
maybe the current one might not...but am I willing to take that chance?

Found ver 5 -10 on sun web site so removed ver 6 update 2 & 3 from PC and installed ver 5 - So far this seems to be working - have accessed Brochure Home and Check page 3 and no crash.

Thanks for your very speedy help folks - it is much appreciated.

For anyone else having this problem old Java versions can be found at
                    http://java.sun.com/products/archive/

I may get brave and update to ver 6 update 3 and skip the update 2 when I get a moment - I did not remove update 2 before installing update 3 - maybe that was the cause.
