    When i go to marketing Then either new products list or best sellers list actinic closes down and sends an error report any sugestions please

        this is a new site but i have just upgraded to ver 8.5

          Try a download of the full product, rather than the patch and eliminate any problems in that area first.

                  Marketing /Best sellers - error

                  Hi
                  I am also having a similar problem when trying to select Best Sellers, I get the following error:

                  Catalog-Internet Sales Application has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

                  I tried de-installing Actinic and then re-installing the full version again ( v8.5.1). Having done that the Best sellers worked fine; however, as soon as I imported my site it came up with the same error again. I've compacted the database but am still getting this error.
                  Any suggestions gratefully received as I am stumped.
