Link Text does not show on page

For the fragments,
Despite ticking the link option and typing the link text and URL, the link text does not show.
However, ticking the "image clickable" box, I can get to the link by clicking the image.

Would really appreciate some input as to why this is the case

You must include [LINK] in your fragment where you want the link text to appear - have you done that?
So your fragment will look like:

blah blah blah [LINK] blah blah

What version of V8 are you using as there was a bug in the early versions that had this effect.
