Is it possible to do this?

Hi all,

Working on a friends website who sells master security keys online,
He wants to add the following fields for each key that the customer wishes to order.
This information is required so that he can identify the key cut for the customer. (each security key is uniquely identified by manufacturer and a suite reference)

This is what he requires:

Purchase order Number [ abc1 ]
Manufacturer [ Chubb ]
Suite Reference [ 2074EA ]
Key number [ D14 ] Qty required [ 3 ]
[ B27 ] Qty required [ 3 ]

Locks required [ ] Qty required [ ]

I need to have perhaps 5 or 6 "key number" fields as the customer often requires a qty of different suite keys.

Is it possible to do something like the above?

Have a look at www.drillpine.biz for Norman's multi info patch, it lets you include a number of fields.
