T&C Section Titles and Design Text not uploading

Hi - I'm trying to change some of the Design text..Sepcifically things like adding "Company" in the Payment stage, adding a comment to the email field, making a phone number not required etc and also changing the section headings for the T&C - however when I upload the site none of the changes are there... Am I missing something?

OK this was resolved by rebooting the programme...

I can change the headings for the sections of the T&C but although they change when previewed the tab headings in Business Settings stay as the old default ones - is that how it should be?
