    Search Indexing Fragments

    Hi,

On my site getemeoutofahole.com i have setup search so that it indexes page fragments however whenever you try searching it results in the rrror message below:

Catalog is unable to locate the details of a product that was found in the search. The web site is probably being updated. Please wait a few minutes and try again. If the problem persists, contact us.

Please wait for your browser to forward you to the next page or click here.
Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?

    Regards
    Jon

Has it been working at any point? Have you tried refreshing the server to see if that clears?

          Hi Darren,

Do you know which version that was i am running a version of actinic business multi site (8.3 i belive) - i havent tupgraded it yet because when I originally looked at doing this it envolved quite a few changes and havent found the time to sit down and go through them all so left it as it was for now.

                      Hi Jon

This is reported as a bug in the software and it has been fixed since version 8.0.4. I would suggest that you upgrade the software to the latest version to sort this issue. You can download the latest version of the software from http://www.actinic.co.uk/support/downloads.htm

                      Cheers
