multi user locked out

i am locked out of one of my sites as administrator

on one site i appear to be logged in as administrator but the site is shut down

if i open the site as a user i can see myself still locked in as administrator, i am unable to log out as administrator

all other sites are ok

shut down system but still the same

any idea how i can log off if i cant log on??

User Locked as Logged In as Administrator

I don't know how this has happened but one user was logged in to Actinic V8.5 (as administrator by default) when the system shut down it did not log them out. I now cannot log in as an administrator causing huge problems.

Can anyone tell me how I can 'hard' close actinic to remove all users and allow me to log in again.

Actinic V8.5 multi co. multi user.

I'm not an expert on this, but I believe that if you close down all instances of Actinic, then reboot the machine that the sync server is running on this will solve the problem.
