Missing order on retreval

This afternoon I tried to retrieve some orders, I had 5 but only 4 were retrieved. When I retrieved orders this morning all came through ok.

I have searched this forum but people seem to have all or nothing.

This is only very occasional for my but it also happened the other day when it retrieved 34 out of 35.

I have to contact the customer to find out what they have ordered.

Any ideas any one. Can I still retieve this order from somewhere and can I stop it from happening again. And please explain in easy language as I am new to Actinic.

Have you checked the Pending tab within Actinic Orders? If a customer was unsuccessful in their attempt to pay / abandoned the cart after passing from your site to the PSP / was in the middle of processing when you downloaded the order - then their order will be on this tab.

I didn't download to any tab and their order was successfull.

I have checked the pending tab and the other tabs - it's not there.

Only 4 of the orders went into the pending tab and the 5th one didn't.

I had 5 emails from Worldpay or PayPal for the orders.

Have you checked in the 'Pending PSP' tab? If not there to then I am stumped. I would suggest contacting support either via email or call in if you have a cover contract.

It has just happened again.

I had just one order to retrieve and it came up with the message that there was nothing to retrieve.

It didn't go into any tabs yet there was an order there to retieve.

Yesterday all 47 orders came through ok.
