I can't seem to get the Order Processing to move an order into the Completed Tab; all orders remain in Pending.
I have tried One-Click Completion (set to: Ship All Lines, Print Invoice, Send Email, Mark Invoice Printed). And have tried doing it manually via the View Order panel.
Looking at the Progress and Payments tab for the orders:
Status is 'Shipped' and Outstanding Balance is 0.
However, Line Item Delivery is
Status: Pending
Total lines: 1
%Shipped: 100
%cancelled/backordered/pending: 0
I use WorldPay and this is an Electronic Download order, though I experience the same result with physical shipment orders too.
Presumably I am missing something simple here - please can someone help?
