Select Shipping Destination Error

Hi Guys

When we add an item to the cart and try to checkout, this message appear (8.5.1)
"Select Shipping Destination - Your order has exceeded the shipping tables defined by the supplier, therefore it is not possible to calculate the shipping cost. Please contact the supplier with this information as they will be happy to process your order and will then be able to correct the shipping tables."

I have configured everything but cannot shift it, what am I missing now with this blimming sw?

What to do in the event of an excess probably DJ. Default weight or weight included on product is outside of weights in shipping table.

weird thing is, this store has a fixed p&p (free over £xx etc) and no volumetrics set nor entered into the items???

Just switched it over to simple and uploading.

It seems to have worked, seems to want to add the new shipping module features by default!
