Not sure if anyone's mentioned this before, but - has anyone suggested an RSS feed for new products in the catalog?

Just thought it'd be a good plan, you know, get people to subscribe to the feed for new products etc... keep people interested in your store etc.

Maybe a daft idea. Maybe a good idea. Who knows.

The Advanced User Guide talks about how you can generate the new products in their own separate page. I guess there's nothing stopping you editing the layouts so this page becomes a rss feed.
