Error returned from SMTP server

My Service Provider uk2.net has decided to block any mail to be send out or revive unless they are verified by account name and passwords.

my web site is www.gse-online.co.uk .

Our Contact page is not correct because it does not allow to send info( If the Customer wants to get intouch with us ). the Error Message is :
Error returned from SMTP server (4: Sender verify failed )

How can we add user name and password so smtp server not to reject the sender ?

yes. everything has been working ok. but the uk2.net has changed the smtp on there site.

If things have changed their end, forget the fact that all was OK previously. Actinic will now need the new settings they want you to use. There is a specific section in network settings for SMTP settings, i'd expect you to have to change these to tie up with what they want. Actinic will run a test and confirm all is ok, once you have included them into actinic.

i will have a go ,on changing a few setting . if not , i will be back.

this shows the test was not sucessful.

you need to check network settings namely SMTP server, username password with UK2.
