We currently have a spreadsheet with about 650 products, have spent hours trying to get the data into actinic correctly yet still having problems, we need to be able to maintain the product data from an external file, currently an excel 2003 spreadsheet, from this spreadsheet we have created an external link and mapped fields accordingly yet there is no way to get the software to build categories for the products. If we do an import we get the categories and structure exactly as we want it but are unable to maintain the products through the spreadsheet. The idea behind this was to have an ecommerce site via actinic and to have 2 other sites running of the same data set but in a catalog form rather than an online shop form. Any clues on this as we've just about run out ideas.
