Footer Text Length

I wanted to edit the text, so I went to Settings!Site Options|Footer Text

I meant to copy the text from the box, in order to edit & replace it. However, I managed to cut it instead. Now it won't let me paster the entire code in, only a portion of it.

Any thoughts?

I think actinic is not letting you paste the whole lot in because there are some stray carriage returns in the text. Try pasting in the following into the field

I have tested it here and it works. I just removed any rogue carriage returns in notepad before pasting in. Without removing these only the text up to the first carriage return will be pasted into the field in actinic as it recognises the carriage return in the clipboard as the end of line.

Thanks Fergus. I guess this hapenned because I pasted it into notepad first, just to make sure I had a copy, then pasted it back from there.

Phew! Another snag sorted! I can move onto the next one :-)
