Error message when trying to access Best Sellers

I am trying to access Marketing|Best Sellers, but Actinic crashes every time. The error messsage reads:

    CiceroUIWndFrame: Catalog.exe – Application Error

The instruction at “0x5ad71531” referenced memory at “0x00000014”. The memory could not be read.

I have compacted databases, but this has not helped.

    Any help appreciated.

    Hi Amanda,

I have been speaking with Teclan and have asked for a snapshot of the site.

Can you tell us if you made any changes before this started to happen. Were the best sellers working before this error occurred?

    Kind regards,

      Hi Bruce,

I was editing the text on the content page. I wanted to change the font size & content for where is saud 'Best Sellers' on the screen.

In the design tab, I selected the content page.

I highlighted the text and went to 'Click here to edit list layout settings'

      In here I changed:

      <h2 class="clearall">Best Sellers</h2><table border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" width="520" >

      to:

      <h1 class="subheading">Best Selling Card Making, Scrapbook & Craft Products - Hot Product List</h1><table border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" width="520" >

I did the same for 'New products' as well, but with different text.
