Catalog Suspended Text

Does anyone know how to change the text that says

catalog suspended

I dont want it to say this, i have customers saying why has your site been suspended, what have you done wrong !!

I want it to say closed for maintenance, or some such thing instead

i have version 8 and cant find how to do this help !!

<design><text><general information> menu, most text you see in the site can be found on that menu.

i looked there first, but its simply not there, or I am blind.

I did find catalog suspended and then the text near it said some whole string of thing like we are closed for essential maintenance due to ... something or other, but this does not appear on the site, so I am lost as to what to do

You are being blind i'm afraid. Theres only 6 to see on <design><text><Web Site (cont)><general information>.

i dont have a design, text, general information tab, i have design, text, website, website contd etc but not general, am i looking in the wrong place

Are you using V8?, i've just checked to make sure i'm not giving bum info and it's there on mine?

yes version 8, at the top it says design, then text, but no general

how can i do a print screen to show you on here ?

Select the 'Web Site (cont)' tab at the top and it should show.

Progress through in the order below, it's gotta show or one of us is going mad lol.

Belinda, although i believe in getting stuck in and self help to some degree, 2 chuffing years and a weeks looking is more than long enough to warrant asking sooner.

yeah i know but there is always something else to do, i always go off doing other things, and think it does not matter until i need to suspend it again, you know how it is :-)
