Help with database...

Hi,

I'm putting my products into the database through the Access Database.

I have put the products into the 'Products' section on the ACTINIC CATALOG file. Can you let me know where I put the information for the SECTIONS.

I've created products:

A1
A2
A3

But I want to put these under section LIST OF A


To look like:

LIST OF A
A1
A2
A3

The easiest way to get your products in is to first build a couple of your sections and a few products in Actinic - then export this. Open te export in excel and you will then see the format of the hierarchical file. It may look a little daunting at first but once you grasp the format it is easy to create additional products and sections etc.

I would be very careful about entering the products directly into the access file as the relationships will be nigh on impossible to manually enter.
