CSS issue on resize

I wonder if anyone out there can help...

I'm seeing a weird behaviour on this site in IE7 (mild adult content)

The box that contains the 'Description', 'Details' and 'Reviews' loads fine 1st time but if you then open a new tab (in IE7) and go back to that page, the box appears to have shrunk until you wither mouseover one of the tabbed links.

Does anyone have any ideas what might be causing this? (I know this isn't strictly an actinic question - but it's on an Actinic site!)

I can only check this with IE7 in the morning at office. Does not happen with any other browser.

Thanks for your reply - I managed to finally fix this - it was a combination of conflicting CSS rules, percentage based table cells that spanned columns and also a bit of javascript!
