Shipping Costs Not Working

My Shipping cost keeps resetting to (0.00) as an auto setting...
A couple of days ago it was running fine with all orders over £115.00 having free shipping and all orders up to this being charged £6.50.

How can i change this back to make it work again...

Import the last snapshot where you know it was working or reverse the changes you have done that have made it now fail.

i havent made any changes which i can remember...
i could import the last snapshot but i have made some significant changes since then and dont want to have to re-do all the code...

Does anyone know how to set up the shipping in this way so its a set price until its over a certain amount???

Please let us know what point release of V8 your on(check Help|About) because the shipping setup is different on the older releases. Additionally how do you intend to calculate the shipping(weight, value etc), also do you still have the shipping zones/classes defined ?
