    Quantity Discounting...

Trying to get my head round discounting in Actinic - never bothered using it in 8 years... anyways... is the following possible?

For our trade customers we have quantity based discounts...

If they order 1x thru 4x of a product they get 5% discount off retail price.
If they order 5x thru 24x, they get a 15% discount.
If they order 25X or more, they get a 27% discount.

All trade customers will have a Customer Account.

So, if on a single order they have the following...

    3x Ref: 123
    2x Ref: 234
    6x Ref: 345
    29x Ref: 456

the first two items would get 5% discount, the third item a 15% discount, and the last item, a 27% discount.

Is this doable in any version of Actinic (Catalog / Business / Developer)?? I get the impression it isn't, but doesn't hurt to ask... (If not, i'll just carry on doing it by hand... adjustments a-go-go)
    Cheers!

    Hi Marci

The only other way to have Actinic apply percentage-based discounts triggered by Quanity, is to assign them to individual product groups and create the 3 discount levels for each group.

I suggest it will be easier to continue setting them up manually against each product.
