product id out of context 2332 times

quick question i hope

i have just got in and tried to update site and i get the following message


prduct id used out of context 2332 times

when i click on it, it takes me to the add to cart product id

it was working this morning when i left, all i have tried since is to add paypal pro but have since removed it

any clues people

Sounds like something has corrupted on the database to me, if indeed your changes are not the problem. Just revert back to last snapshot before you made any changes and it should clear itself.

hi here the strange thing i reverted back to my last known snapshot
and its still there?

im going to work on it today see what has happened
cos the best sellers list is also out of step and is in the wrong place

mmmmmm

seems to centre around the add to cart button area when i click on the error code
is there anyway of putting that back to original?

Highlight the layouts in the design library that have been changed and you can choose which ones to revert to factory settings. Select the checkbox to show you any amended layouts.

What version of Actinic are you using? ProductID is a variable that was introduced in 8.5.1 - are you definitely using version 8.5.1 of the application?

yes i downloaded the full package the other week, ill try as suggested when i get home later

right ive been through every page with add to cart and product id

it seems as though when i try to add paypal pro it creates a duplicate add to cart code, i reverted back to factory and deleted the paypal pro code it had inserted and all is now fixed
