Actinic Keeps Crashing!!

We built a site for our client but they seem to be having problems, we have actinic designer v8 and they have actinic business v8.

Actinic was working fine but they seems to keep getting errors now saying "Catalog Internet Sales has encountered a problem Please tell Microsoft." apparently it was happening when they tried to change some images. They are getting very frustrated.

Does anyone have any advice?

If this were my client I'd ask for a snapshot to recreate the fault. Also ask the client for a list of the products they added images to.

See if you can resolve it, or at least you could pin point the actual point at which the error is triggered. Then ask again or phone suppport with a view to them taking the snapshot for investigation.

At the mo the error is to common to come up with a real solution ""Catalog Internet Sales has encountered a problem" happens all the time to some of us, normally a restart cures it, but not always.
