News Letter Form-Email not working

When anyone tries to submit our news letter sign up form they get this error below

The requested URL /acatalog/common-cgi/fmail was not found on this server.

Any idea why this is? I have uploaded the site again but still no joy.

Its pointing to an area that doesn't exists as its telling you. Have you looked for a common-cgi in acatalog - i guess not.
I would hazard a guess at common-cgi not sitting within your acatalog folder. Put the full url in instead as the base href is screwing it up.

Thanks for that - Not quite sure what you mean but i have placed a common-cgi folder in the acatalog folder and uploaded the site again. Still isn't working.

Isn't this form code part of actinic?

this is not actinic generated, I suspect someone has done some customisation here and got it abit wrong. I would go back to the person who added the newsletter signup code
