Fragments not indexed for Actinic search?

In the site Search Settings, I select to index page fragments but pages with fragments containing the search text are not being displayed in the search results.

I've tried all the usuals; purge and refresh, compact etc.
I have a number of sites at v8.5.0 that all have the same issue.

Is this a bug?
Is there a work around?

I've always seen that checkbox for fragments on product pages. I'm not sure i have ever seen a fragment on a brochure page indexed. Try adding the fragment temporarily onto a product page and then see if it is found to prove or disprove this.

You're correct Lee, thanks. The fragments are only indexed if they are on the acatalog pages. Pity - time for some re-arranging of information then.
