    Transferring to secure server problem

    Hello. Our website switched to production mode on Friday; HSBC tested the site and set eSecure Payments to production mode and yet we continue to get the following message just before being directed from checkout to HSBC's pages:

    "Click Next to go to HSBC's secure server and process your credit card details with complete confidence.

    This catalog is currently running in test mode. Your credit card will not be debited."

    Both HSBC and Actinic say there shouldn't be a problem - clearly there is. Does anyone know why the message appears and how to get rid of it?

    sorted. Purged old orders, refreshed website. Strange it didn't work when i did the same on Friday.

      It does take a little time for it to switch at hsbc so that was possibly the delay - and its a bank holiday.
