printing labels and crystal reports

I have changed the packing list report to a printing label report that somebody kindly gave me. The only problem is that the bottom of 'y' and 'g' etc is cut off when printing the label. ie a y looks like a v. I have Crystal Reports but am not familiar with the programme. I have made the fields deeper but all that does is space out the address lines, not give the printer more space to print the letters properly.

I have looked, played etc but am now at a loss how to correct this. Any whizzes out there know please.
