    Terminal Services

    Back in March we tested V8 (8.5.0) on a TS box. It worked fine locally and remotely.

    Now we are getting nearer to "going live" at our new warehouse I find Actinic (8.5.1) has stopped working for a remote session. If I connect as a user it tells me that Actinic is already used by the administrator account and if I connect using the administrator account it opens and asks for a loging but after that it just dissapears.

    I have done a complete clean reinstall but it makes no difference.

    As ever answered my own question - I think.

    You need to install via control panel (my update to 8.5.1 wasn't) and as admin.

    Then when you logon as a user it will ask you to re-setup license site folders and so on.

    Now it seems OK.
