Delete "Credit Card Start Date"

I have searched to no avail. I am seeking to delete the Credit Card Start Date
on the checkout shopping cart page. How can I do this? Thanks

Select the payment method on the payment and security tab within business settings and then select configure method. You should see all you need then.

Always do it the way Lee suggests .. removing the code from the layout can lead to peculiar results and errors on the page (2 hours playing with the cart trying to fix what I thought were minor "cosmetic" tweaks .. talk about fragile)
