EEK! My Homepage has gone all wobbly

Hi Lee,
When I run the test it just seems to hang when it the script reads testing CGI script.
I've also tried uploading again under Web| configure network details and again it hangs on the last tick box checking the mail server and won't complete it - I get as far as the pop up that asks if you want to be sent an e-mail when a new order comes in and or/ a order confirmation to your customer - when you click yes it takes an age to do anything and eventually an error message pops up saying there doesn't appear to be a mail server and it's been timed out. I'm beginning to think it hasn;t uploaded properly at all. Arrggghhhhh.

Rachel, until you can run that test and get a 'passed' on all accounts, including the email message being received, it really is a waste of time trying to do anything. It's a possibility that your host will not work with actinic, do you know who your host is?

No it has not - the coding errors will be stopping it.

Last thing to try is a purge and refresh - if that fails then its time to contact support or another designer to rebuild the site correctly.
