    Credit card problems

    Please see attached setup for credit cards. When testing, i ender incorrect card number and Actinic knows this and returns to the previous page. Fine!!
    BUT, when I enter my CC# all correct info, goes to page cannot be displayed. Any ideas ?

          Your CGI scripts are giving errors. (Could not locate the product reference)

          One of the causes may be that your URL settings are not consistent. Make sure you always use either:
          http://valleydecoratingdepot.com or
          http://www.valleydecoratingdepot.com
          not a combination of both.

          Double check your network settings.

              Drouning,
              CGI errors are because i corrupted my ProductID. Just fixed that through layout resets. (I need to check for errors before I snapshot or upload.)

              I could not check-out to the confirmation page because my SMTP server was wrong. I am ASSuming that Actinic was trying to communicate with the e-mail server and could not, hence I got a page cannot be displayed message after i entered CC info and proceeded. Put the correct SMTP server in and I can get to the confirmation page. I just need to set-up my SMTP relay settings.

              I will fix the HTTP:www for the web address and the SSL address.
