Minor niggle...display of orders..

couldn't quite make a suitable title that made any sense, sorry!

I like my orders in the "pending" tab to display in the order in which they were received..oldest at the top..new ones downloaded at the bottom.

Thing is, when I open Actinic, it ALWAYS displays the opposite way round and I always have to change it by clicking on the "Date ordered" heading to switch the view.

It didn't used to do this in V7, it used to remember the setting I'd previous used and open at that view. But it isn't doing in V8 and it's annoying (albeit a minor annoyance, I know)

Does it do this for everyone? It's kinda irritating!

I agree with this Tracey it is one of those annoying things and amsure that the fix could not be to hard when they do an update, i find this also with the content tree it never seems to be as i left it

yup me too, it never worked in v5, it did in 6, I assume it did in 7 and doesn't in 8.

Same here on all sites - agree with Tracey and Darren. Content tree is especially annoying.

yes...I've been testing mine this morning and mine seems to behave too.
I wonder if it's another issue that's down to what is highlighted when the software is closed?

Typical, mine seem to if i do a snapshot when i close but if i just backup then it is never as i left it.

hmmm..now you see, this is why I nearly didn't post the problem in the first place, in case I was the only person this was happening to. Seems the content tree behaves more inconsistently than the order view then.

might be able to get an aftermarket fascia in pink though

This has been reported as a bug previously.

We do have a task to get this fixed in a future maintenance release.
