General Script Error

Hi

We keep getting the following error when trying to order a product off our site. It is when we try and order one of the Traveling Wilburys releases (B15387A B15387X B15387C) on the following page

I've tried deleting the entire product and relisting as well as refreshing the entire site. Any idea what it could be?

We have just tried this and it doesnt appear to have made any difference?

We are also getting some more problems now:

1) Item number - B15426 - Paul McCartney Dance Tonight EU Only 2 Track CD Single - This was originally without a price while we waited for confirmation from our suppliers. The price has now been changed to 4.99 but when ordering the price is still blank in the basket and checkout.

2) Item B10807A - John Lennon A Spaniard In The Works. This was originally a slightly different description and priced at 50.00 but we have since changed this to 40.00. Again the original price still comes up though when the item is placed in the basket.

I tried compacting database but still the problems remain.

Also I have just noticed that the script error problem is occurring with every new item we are uploading onto the site!

Any ideas?

Run the network test - if it fails, contact the host and find out what they changed.

If it passes, do a full site refresh instead of an upload.

we are also getting the same general script error as mentioned at the beginning of this thread for one item only. Did anyone resolve this?

Just seen this thread and tried purging all my deleted content and it solved the problem.
