SEO Before Or after Upgrade?

We're looking to upgrade our V7 business edition to V8 but we're about to start some SEO work on our site. Would it be better to upgrade to V8 before we proceed with the SEO or does it not make a difference?

Start right away, with such things as product info, short descriptions, page titles etc. Take each page (product) one at a time and optimise it accordingly.

Moving to V8 may help with reduced code and marketing features but basic SEO should be onging regardless.

Yep, totally agree with Duncan - the sooner these improvments are made, the sooner they will get picked up by the SEs too.
