Anyone having problems with PayPal Pro ?
I have recently upgraded to PPPro, and find that Actinic is not passing customer name, e-mail details through to PayPal making it difficult to marry up orders with payments.
Also, is it me ? (it probably is !) but does anyone think that the checkout page when using PPro is confusing to customers ? Are customers wrongly pressing the PayPal button to checkout when they should be hitting the 'next' button to pay with a credit/debit card. There is nothing to show customers using credit/debit cards they should hit the next button.
It may be a coincidence but I can see that customers are putting items into their basket but then abandoning afterwards, and sales have dropped off.
