Adding another sidebar containing links to fragments - how?

I'm working on the following site, trying to get it all based in Actinic...

    http://www.buyit247.com/Home.html

    My question,

I would like to add a new sidebar below 'store sections' and above 'bestsellers'. I want to call the sidebar 'Information' and use it to link to fragments elsewhere in the site.

Can somebody tell me how that is done?

    Thanks in advance - Ben

In the AUG it shows you how to add brochure pages to the site map thus adding this page to the sites visible navigational structure too.

For fragments you would have to attribute each fragment to its own page to accomplish this and then utilise the above (this is the easiest way potentially not the only way).

Linking directly to a particular fragment in a multi fragment page would be achieved using the same technique as used to link directly to one of multiple products on one page.
