A General Script Error Occurred...

Hi All,

I have set up my shop so that the product you select will open a new window where you can enter the quantity add it to your basket.

However, when the new window opens, the main window changes to this error:

"A General Script Error Occurred
Error: Could not locate the product reference."

I have tried refreshing the site.. Any Ideas?

Keep it simple and put it back to normal. Why open a new window?

I have to be honest i hate these type of websites, as soon as i get to one and end up with aload of open windows i bugger off and find another site.

One in particular opens the shop in a new window with no toolbars and somehow i always end up at it when checking out my competition

However..

It's what the customer wants!

Any idea how to correct the error?
