Choice affect shipping charge

Hi
How do you apply different weight assignments within product |component |attribute | choice.
For example when the size chosen for a product greatly affects its weight.

As far as I can tell, you can set the weight for a product, but I do not see an option for weight within a "Choice".

I believe that the only way you could do that would be to associate each choice to a hidden product (with weight entered) using the permutations..

Have more faith in your answers, it is competely correct. I'd set the base product up with no weight and have hidden products containing the weights.
