Customer Accounts Problem

Anyone else suffer from this ??

I create customer accounts for one of my sites on a daily basis.
I then update the site after the accounts have been setup.

Every couple of days after uploading the site, customers cannot login - it gives an error message saying that they are not a registered customer.

I have to then re-update the website 2-3 times before they are actually allowed into the system again.

Thought it might be a problem with older versions of actinic, but I'm on 8.5.1 and can't get anymore up-to-date...

I don't know the answer to this as I don't have account settings but what about doing a Refresh rather than an upload?

Hi There,

The cause of the problem may be because of corrupted database. Compacting the database normally solves the problem.

1. In Actinic, go to HouseKeeping | Compact Databases.
2. Select Catalog and Shipping, click 'Ok'.
3. Restart Actinic.

Please do the above and see if it solves the problem.
