Always translation English to French

When code for login are wrong, my client get the following message :
"This shopping application requires permission to use cookies on your machine, but this has been denied.
This can be for several different reasons, ...."
Where must I go to change it to French ?

Design text Ph 1 ID 52.

When I ask for Ph1 ID 52, I get the following message "Unable to find prompt (1,52) in the catalog database.

In the Go To window don't enter anything for the phase (leave as -1), just enter the ID as 52 - that should take you to it.

Otherwise you can search for:
shopping application requires

in the text search box - that should also take you to it.
