Hi, I have just tried to put an order on using the offline tab, but no matter how I try it does not show the VAT element. It shows the price Ex VAT
It is a UK customer with a location of UK so it should apply tax and it does if I was to process the order via the internet.
I tried editing the item and then adding an adjustment to see if there was any way I could fudge the tax, but on the box marked "Tax 1 Treatment" there were no options.
Is this a bug or some kind of setting somewhere that I need to change???

UPDATE: I have just raised a support request for this, will advise the outcome.
