just used google adwords:keyword tool and got the following message

We're sorry, but there isn't enough text on this webpage to generate relevant keywords; at least a few paragraphs are necessary to provide results. You can try entering a different URL, or check the box labeled 'Include other pages on my site linked from this URL'.

Have put keywords in page settings area on each section. Does anyone know why they wouldn't show up and if this affects search ratings!

The kewords you have enterd in your sections is for a keyword meta tag - not what the google tool is referring to.

The tools is looking at the text on your pages - such as the product descriptions. Looking at your site you have a fair amount of descriptive text per product but obviously not what the tool is looking for. There are other tools/utilities around on the web that will check your pages for relevant words.

Search ratings are affected by many things - dig around the internet and on the forum here and you will find a wealth of information that will assist with optimising your pages.
